India Society Worcester Free Health Stop
About Us
The Indian Medical Association of New England (IMANE), along with the India Society of Worcester, provide the needed health care for the underserved and uninsured in our community every Wednesday from 6 pm to 8 pm at the India Center.
The Free Health Stop is staffed by volunteer physicians, social workers, dieticians and members of the India Society of Worcester.

Our Mission
Every week the Free Health Stop plans to provide acute care for non emergency medical problems, information on health issues and different issues related to diet. Services will be provided to anyone regardless of their financial, immigration and insurance status. Services are not limited to the Indian Community.
Services We Provide
- Physical exams
- Sick visits
- Pediatrician-Weekly
- Psychiatrist, Dentist, Dietitian and Cardiologist available on request for consults.

Note: Free Health Stop will be open every Wednesday except when the Worcester Public Schools are closed because of a snow day. It will also be closed on Wednesday before the Thanksgiving holiday.
We are looking for physicians to volunteer 2 hours a month on Wednesday evenings.
