ATTENTION: April updates for Akwaaba. Information on the main page or click here for more information:
The Free medical programs in Worcester provide basic, quality healthcare and social support services for residents of the Greater Worcester area regardless of income, insurance, or housing status. All of the programs welcome anyone in need of services. No insurance or citizenship documents are required.
Medical programs run in the evenings from Monday to Thursday and are staffed by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses who graciously donate their time. Additionally, students from the University of Massachusetts Medical School and Graduate School of Nursing volunteer under supervision at many of the locations.
Note that not all medical programs offer similar services. Please check the program details page to confirm that the service you need is offered on that day.
Important: These medical programs do not provide emergency care. For health emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest hospital Emergency Department.
