This clinic offers comprehensive physical therapy services and personalized at-home exercise plans for conditions such as:

Is the program open today ?

We follow Worcester Public Schools for weather-related closings.

We are also closed on the following holidays - New Year's Day, Patriots' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Christmas Day. Please see the free medical program calendar on the home page for an up-to-date schedule of services.

Do I need to make an appointment?

The Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Services at Hart-Wood are by physician-referral ONLY. You can come with outside PT scripts or you will need to be seen by the WFCC medical team first.
