Please note: The free medical program is located on the basement level of the building. Enter from the rear of the building.

Follow the one-way entrance to the rear of the building, park in the back parking lot.
An outdoor sign will be displayed when the clinic is OPEN, enter through the door to the left of the sign (Visitors do not need to remove their shoes when entering through this door).
After entering, turn left and follow the signs to the WICSS clinic where a member of the team will greet you.

We follow Worcester Public Schools for weather-related closings.

WICSS will be closed on federal holidays. Please see the free medical program calendar on the home page for an up-to-date schedule of services.

Do I need to make an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment! Walk-ins are encouraged.
